Cyprian spent most of his youth and
young adult life studying Business and
Risk Management at various colleges.
He was so dedicated to his studies
that from 1997 to 2001 he was
studying at three different universities
at the same time.
His goal was to be the best Risk
Management consultant he can ever
be. Apparently he was working as an
Auto body technician during the day to
finance his studies, without the
intension of taking this craft as a
career.
Everything changed when Cyprian
migrated to the USA, he quickly
realized that his Autobody repair skills
were in short supply in the market but
most importantly, the Customer
Service Management knowledge he
acquired from the University of South
Africa would set him apart in the USA.
Autobody shops are notorious for their
poor customer service and negative
reputation.
Cyprian quickly jumped at the
opportunity and in 2002 started Dent
Professor in Rockville using $5000
from his savings. His free spirit and
ever smiling attitude made him a hit
with local dealers that wanted their
cars touched up before sale and
customers who just wanted a nice
honest Bodyshop.
Though his Business made profit form
the first job, he never forgot his life
time passion of Risk Management, in
2004 he started studying again for
Risk Management Certification here in
the USA, he managed to pass
everything he did and now he is a
proud Risk Management Consult both
in South Africa and USA without ever
working formally in this profession.

In 2009 Cyprian opened another
shop, his second in Friendship Heights
DC, trading as Friendship Collision
Center.

Hedging against the sluggish economy
in February 2010 Cyprian started a
Towing Business , serving the DC
Metro Area, which he hopes will
compliment the Auto body business

Unlike most businessman, Cyprian
just doesn't do it for money, he only
gets involved in businesses that he
has passion in or where he is able to
help humanity.

Paintless Dent Repair is an art, craft of gently
massaging small or large soft dents out
without painting. Our technicians are
craftsman who have lots of experience in
Paintless Dent Repair and Collision Repair. Not
all dents qualify for Paintless dent repair but
95 % of small dents on vehicles can be
removed using this technique. Dents that can
not be repaired by PDR are those with cracked
paint, sharp impact, stretched metal, on
fiberglass, collision damage, next to the edge
of a panel, hard to reach areas etc.

.:TYPICAL DENTS REPAIRED:.
Majority of Dents repaired using PDR have the
following sizes : nickel, dime, quarter, baseball,
soft ball , football. 75% are the size of a
quarter and below. Some prefer to measure
them in inches e.g 1 inch, 2 inches , 3 inches or
4 inches. Its important to remember that
repairing does NOT affect the original paint, no
painting is done and no defect results from
PDR, you retain the same original finish.

.:WHAT CAUSES PDR ELIGIBLE DENTS:.
There are various culprits out there that causes
dents, dings and creases on our vehicles but
the following most wanted hazards contribute
the most.
On top of the list are shopping carts, car doors,
hail, dear impact, baseball, softball, football,
golf ball, soft fender bender, falling object, etc.
Irregardless of how the dent was caused, here
at Dent Professor we have the tools and skills
to make magic on your car and bring back that
elusive smile on your face.

.:HOW LONG IT TAKES TO REPAIR
DENTS:.
Majority of dents are repaired within 1 hour,
depending on severity and amount. On
average we offer same day service and
customers can wait for their vehicle on their
discretion. Most jobs are scheduled in the
morning same day and picked up by the end of
the same day. In certain situations customers
can pick their vehicle within a few hours, if
possible.

.:DO WE OFFER MOBILE SERVICE:.
We offer mobile service only to Auto
dealerships as per our Insurance contract. We
do not offer mobile service to the public for
various reasons. Firstly we have a comfortable
professional state of the art, well equipped
workshop that enables us to provide the best
quality available. Mobile service might not
accommodate all the tools and conditions we
need for perfection and great customer
service, as for Dealership they don't expect as
much quality as the public. Secondly due to our
high standards and professionalism, our
stationery location provides guarantee and
security to our customers for our service. If
customers need to contact us again after
repairing their vehicle, they have a place to go
to, something they never have with mobile
providers, however there are a few quality
mobile guys out there. Thirdly we are licenced
by Montgomery County Consumers Services,
insured by Selective Insurance, permitted by
the Maryland Department of the Environment
of which majority of mobile providers are not.

Lastly due to experience, mobile service
sacrifice quality for speed and cost as they
have to move from point A to point B.
Customer service is the very reason we are in
business and having a stationery location helps
us provide high quality work and excellent
customer service.

ESTIMATE AND COST
We do not provide estimates over the phone,
all our estimates are computer generated. We
ask customers to make a appointment for an
estimate, after looking at the damage we then
generate an estimate at our location. It takes
an average of 10 minutes to generate an
estimate as long as there are no other
customers waiting.
PDR is charged per panel maximum 3 dents of
same size or smaller , with extra dents on the
same panel charged a discounted price. The
biggest dent on a panel always get charged
first.
If dents can not be repaired with PDR we
advise customers to opt for a Collision repair
estimate, we do collision repairs too..

Professor is not only a certified Paintless Dent
Repair and Collision Repair master technician ,
he is also a certified Risk Management and
Insurance Consultant from the American
Institute of Chartered Property and Casualty
Insurance and the Insurance Institute of America.

We are able to voluntarily help our customers
with Insurance claim related questions and
provide comfort and support during such
traumatic and stressful times. We operate under
a tight cord of ethics that ensures that the
interests of our customers, insurers, third parties,
authorities, environment are met.

In many instances Insurers direct collision shops
to use after market parts instead of Dealer parts,
we advise our customers to understand the
difference between aftermarket parts and dealer
parts. Some manufacturers do not want after
market parts installed on their vehicle, that
might affect warranty issues..

Satisfying customers is at the core of our mission,

efficiency, no, but in rare situations that

Paint work has a life time warranty, body repairs
have one year warranty. Rusted panels do not
