Cyprian has 15 years of bodywork and painting experience and 8 years experience in Risk Management, holder of the highest risk management qualification in the world from the Insurance Institute of America, (ARM Associate in Risk Management). Certified both locally and abroad, he has managed to train and work with the best. Importantly it is the experience that he has acquired through trial and error that sets him apart from the rest. Apart from excellent technical skills he spent most of his young life studying Business management, Risk Management, Customer Service Management at various institutes and university. After realising the extent of poor service in the auto-body repair industry, he quit studying towards an MBA and invested heavily in servicing the autobody repair needs of corporate clients with small and large fleets of vehicles. Cyprian has the highest certification for an Autobody technician in the world by I-CAR and also is a certified Risk Management Professional, holding the ARM(Associate in Risk Management-USA) designation and an Advanced Programme in Risk Management designation from South Africa. He is probably the only Risk Management practitioner in the world who holds two leading risk management designations/certifications from USA and South Africa. His speciality in risk management is Vehicle Risk Control and Intellectual Development Deficiency Risk Control. He wrote a paper on Vehicle Risk Control for his thesis in 1999 for his certification at the University of South Africa.
